All incoming requests are triaged during support hours and assigned a priority based on impact and urgency. Response depends on the priority and ranges from 1 to 10 business hours.

We support our customers nationwide - in fact in some cases even worldwide. For users outside of the US, we'd just want to have a discussion around support hour expectations - because of the time difference supporting international users is an exception and not the norm.

Anything technology related becomes our problem not your problem. Our goal is to make your technology frictionless in order to maximize your productivity.
