If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If applicable, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. To submit a CCPA/CPRA request, contact us at info@itsynergy.com. 14. Opt-Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes. Accordingly, there is currently no need to submit a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request. Should our practices change, we will update this policy and provide a mechanism to opt out before any such sharing begins.
Universal Opt-Out Signals (GPC): Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, and certain other states have the right to opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising through a universal opt-out mechanism, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. Our site uses Complianz which supports detection of GPC signals and allows us to automatically adjust cookie and tracking behavior in accordance with CCPA/CPRA requirements, including treating GPC-enabled browsers as an opt-out of certain tracking categories. We are monitoring state regulatory guidance on universal opt-out mechanisms and will honor such signals to the extent required by applicable law.
15. Sensitive Personal Information
Several state privacy laws, including those of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, impose heightened obligations on the collection and use of “sensitive” personal information. Sensitive categories typically include: racial or ethnic origin; religious beliefs; mental or physical health conditions or diagnoses; sexual orientation or gender identity; citizenship or immigration status; biometric data processed to identify an individual; precise geolocation data; genetic data; and financial account credentials.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through our Site. If you believe you have submitted sensitive information to us, please contact us at info@itsynergy.com so we can address your concern. To the extent we do collect sensitive personal information, we will do so only with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, and we will use it only for the purpose for which it was provided.
16. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@itsynergy.com.
Additionally, several state laws extend heightened protections to minors older than 13. California (CPRA), Connecticut, and several other states require opt-in consent before selling or sharing the personal information of consumers known to be under 16. Maryland’s law extends certain protections to individuals under 18.
17. Additional U.S. State Privacy Rights
In addition to California (Section 13), residents of the following states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws that may afford rights similar to those described in Section 12, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port personal data, and to opt out of sale and targeted advertising: Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Maryland. The specific rights available and applicable thresholds vary by state.
Regardless of your state of residence, we will endeavor to honor requests to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To submit a request, contact us at info@itsynergy.com or (602) 297-2400. We will respond within the timeframe required by the law of your state, and in no event later than forty-five (45) days of receipt.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide prominent notice by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying you directly via e-mail or a notice on our homepage. We will not apply material changes retroactively to personal information already collected without first obtaining your consent where required by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
